Michael Guastella is a 2006 graduate of the University of Central Florida. He has fourteen years of experience in education as a teacher, Administrator, Dean of students and Athletic Director in both public schools and private schools all across the state of Florida. Coach Mike also has been a high school coach in Florida for sixteen years. He has eight years experience as a head varsity basketball coach in Florida compiling a record of 144-49 winning the 2017 FICAA State Championship. Michael Guastella has also won 2020/2021 FIHSAA State Championship and 2021 National Championship. He has led teams to the playoffs at three different high schools, and appeared in 6 sweet sixteen games and 4 elite 8 games. Michael Guastella also has experience coaching football in Florida as an offensive coordinator. Michael Guastella also serves as the president of the Florida Independent High School Athletic Association.
